Made to Order
Every shirt, mug, decal and piece of boat gear in the Rum and Ringtails shop is printed just for you when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps waste down and lets us keep adding new designs.
Production and Shipping Times
- Production: most orders are printed and packed in 2 to 5 business days.
- Shipping: transit time is added on top of production and depends on your address and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking: you will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- International orders: customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Address check: please double check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, we can reship it, but the new shipping cost is on you. Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We cannot redirect a package once it ships, and wrong address deliveries are not covered by our guarantee.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is custom made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or wrong color, and we have no return address for unwanted items. Please do not mail items back unless we ask you to. Orders also cannot be changed or cancelled once production starts. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.
Misprints, Damage and Defects
If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right. You are covered for a free reprint or a refund if your item:
- arrived damaged or defective (for example, a flaw in the fabric or the print),
- was misprinted (wrong design, wrong placement or wrong colors), or
- is not the item or size you ordered.
To claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the item and its packaging (outer package and inserts; for size issues, include the size tag). Claims made after 30 days cannot be covered. You do not need to send the item back. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once the claim is confirmed, we will send a free reprint or replacement, or a refund for the affected item.
EU and UK Customers
Our products are made to your order, so the 14 day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply under the custom made goods exemption (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b)). This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items, which are covered as described above.
Digital Downloads
Coloring book PDFs and printable planners are delivered instantly, so they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not what was described, contact us and we will send a working file or issue a refund.
Paperback Books
Paperback coloring books are sold and shipped by Amazon, so Amazon’s own return policy applies to those orders.
